I'm very impressed by renovation worker Jalal. He was very focused and did a great job on replacing my shower set which was previously leaky. The job was well done and the small details were done properly too. He also took the time to guide us on how to use the new shower set and explain everything clearly. Very helpful and competent! First time using Mr. Plumber and is easy to make appointment using WhatsApp. Jalal showed up as scheduled with a simple tool and he cleared my choked floor trap in the master bathroom within 10 minutes. He is very experienced and can quickly identify the choke point when I showed him the drain pipe layout. I am very happy with his service.

Renovation Worker Shakil was very efficient in unclogging my common toilet floor. He also unclogged the master bedroom toilet sink too. He did it all within 25mins. Would definitely recommend his service!

Very good work by Mr Jalal. Polite, efficient, skilful. He gave good feedback and suggestions on placement of piping and fittings, and also left the worksite very neat and tidy after he finished. I appreciate that he was patient with me (as someone who is not very expert in plumbing or electrical matters) asking questions and needing more time to understand the reason for certain decisions.

We contacted Mr Plumber about a choked kitchen pipe. They responded immediately, assessed the issue based on the information I was able to give, and I had a same day appointment booked in just over an hour after I contacted them. The plumber, Interior Design Worker Jalal, arrived early (not a problem) and unclogged the chocked pipe quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and polite. I would gladly use Mr Plumber again for any issues in the future.
